Clubhouse Rental Reservation

PRICE - Resident: 1-25 Guest Occupancy

Place an envelope with two checks in the dropbox at the Asturia Clubhouse at least 5 business days prior to your reservation date.

  • Check 1: $300.00 - rental rate
  • Check 2: $250.00 - refundable security deposit (security deposit checks will be shredded if not used)

**Include your reservation date/time in the memo of both checks. Make both checks payable to: ASTURIA CDD

Rental Policy Acknowledgement

Please read and initial all points below.

1. I understand the rental is exclusive to the indoor Clubhouse space and does not include use of the patio or pool area by my guests or, for my event.

2. The Facility shall be returned in the same condition it was found prior to reservation.

3. The allotted time of 5 hours, including setup and cleanup, may not be exceeded.

4. Renter must supply all kitchen and service products. Asturia CDD will provide cleaning supplies and garbage bags.

5. I understand that I am responsible for any damage or change in the condition of the facility, including restrooms , caused by my guests or the event.

Alcoholic Beverages

All Private events where alcohol will be served will require a licensed and insured vendor for alcoholic beverages. The renter must provide proof of this to the Amenities Manager no less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to provide this as noted, may result in event cancellation and forfeiture of the security deposit.

7. Alcohol or glass is permitted only inside the Clubhouse for approved rentals.

RENTAL POLICIES

By signing below I affirm I have fully read and understand all of the following rules and regulations concerning my facility rental at the Asturia clubhouse/pool. I also understand that any violation of said contract or Clubhouse policies may result in partial or full forfeiture of my deposit.

  • The facility shall be returned in the same condition it was found prior to reservation.
  • Time allotted may not be exceeded.
  • The allotted time is 5 ours maximum) and includes set-up and clean-up.
  • Renter must supply all kitchen products. This includes plates, napkins, cups, plasticware, etc. Asturia CDD will rovide cleaning supplies and garbage bags.
  • I understand that I am responsible for any damage or change in the condition of the facility, including restrooms, aused by my guests or event.
  • I agree to be responsible for the conduct of my guests, and understand that the rental of the above-mentioned room does not include he use of the full facility.
  • All private events where alcohol will be served will require a licensed and insured vendor of alcoholic beverages. The renter must rovide proof of this to the Clubhouse prior to the event.
  • Alcohol is not allowed for pool rentals and is only allowed inside for clubhouse rentals.
